三水湾二期工程位于海陵南路以东、鼓楼南路以西，北靠凤城河，南依通扬运河，占地近6万平方米。主要包括民国风情步行街区和海派文化会所两大区域，整个街区全部采用民国风情复式商铺格局，把巷道市井和建筑布局巧妙地融为一体，市民漫步其中便可尽享泰州“水城慢生活”。

Sanshui Bay Phase II Project is located to the east of Hailing South Road, west of Gulou South Road, north of Fengcheng River and south of Tongyang Canal, covering an area of nearly 60,000 square meters. It mainly includes the two major areas of the Republic of China-style pedestrian street area and the Shanghai-style cultural club. The whole block adopts the pattern of Republic of China-style duplex shops, which skillfully integrates the roadway, street and architectural layout. Citizens can enjoy Taizhou's "slow life in waterside town" by walking among them.
