本案设计在项目总体规划时，非常注重对宁波特色文化的挖掘，以打造宁波特有的、不可被复制的城市夜景效果。用宁静素雅的平日模式来体现宁波人内敛、不张扬的行事风格；用生动时尚、大气恢弘的节假日模式来体现宁波人开拓、创新的精神。

In the overall planning of the project, the design of this case attaches great importance to the excavation of Ningbo's characteristic culture in order to create Ningbo's unique and unrepeatable night scene effect of the city. The quiet and elegant daily mode is used to reflect Ningbo people's restrained and unobtrusive style of conduct. The vivid, fashionable and magnificent holiday mode is used to embody Ningbo people's pioneering and innovative spirit.
