凉山州喜德县玛果梁子 130MW 风电项目是四川省重点项目，该项目位于风能资源密集的喜德县玛果梁子山脊，虽自然环境恶劣，但平均风速可达每秒 7.5 米以上。项目总装机容量 130 兆瓦，包含 20 台单机容量为 6.25 兆瓦及 1 台单机容量为 5 兆瓦的风电机组。2023 年 4 月 26 日主体工程开工，此后陆续完成首台风机基础浇筑、吊装以及首批风机并网发电，实现 “当年开工、当年投产” 目标，2024 年 5 月 30 日完成机组全容量并网发电。该项目每年可输出约 3.1 亿度绿色电能，相当于节约标准煤近 10.5 万吨，减排二氧化碳近 25.4 万吨，有效缓解川西地区电网峰值电力供需紧张局面，对优化川西南地区电能结构、支持电网调峰保供、助推乡村振兴和实现 “双碳” 目标具有积极作用。
The Margoliangzi 130MW wind power project in Xide County, Liangshan Prefecture is a key project in Sichuan Province. The project is located on the ridge of Margoliangzi Mountain in Xide County, which is densely populated with wind energy resources. Although the natural environment is harsh, the average wind speed can reach over 7.5 meters per second. The total installed capacity of the project is 130 megawatts, including 20 wind turbines with a single capacity of 6.25 megawatts and 1 wind turbine with a single capacity of 5 megawatts. The main project will commence on April 26, 2023, followed by the completion of the first wind turbine foundation pouring and hoisting, as well as the first batch of wind turbines connected to the grid for power generation, achieving the goal of "starting construction and putting into operation in the same year". The full capacity grid connected power generation of the units will be completed by May 30, 2024. This project can output approximately 310 million kilowatt hours of green electricity annually, equivalent to saving nearly 105000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by nearly 254000 tons. It effectively alleviates the peak power supply and demand tension in the western Sichuan power grid, plays a positive role in optimizing the power structure in southwestern Sichuan, supporting grid peak shaving and supply, promoting rural revitalization, and achieving the "dual carbon" goal.
