西部金融创新中心整体建筑设计理念为“春芽破土”，春芽不仅仅是形态意义上对春来植物发芽的模仿，更多的是对“破土”立意的体现，展现盎然的生机和蓬勃发展的场所精神。西部金融创新中心照明设计结合各种建筑节能措施设计的众多立面细节，消隐建筑的体量感，与建筑外观整体亮橙的主色调呼应，展现洋溢着青春活力的气息。在公园大道视角于临TOD视角采用单色带控图案表达，平日单色呈现，可以进行亮度调节，节日可单色动态变化。

The overall architectural design concept of the western financial innovation center is "Spring Bud breaking the ground". Spring bud is not only an imitation of the germination of plants in spring in the morphological sense, but also an embodiment of the intention of "breaking the ground", showing full vitality and booming place spirit. The lighting design of the western financial innovation center combines many facade details of various building energy-saving measures to eliminate the sense of volume of the building, echoes with the main color of bright orange in the overall appearance of the building, and shows an atmosphere of youth and vitality. From the perspective of Park Avenue and the perspective of TOD, the monochrome band control pattern is adopted for expression. It is presented in monochrome on weekdays, which can adjust the brightness, and can be changed in monochrome on festivals.
