本案设计以城市为卷，以灯光为墨，以艺术为载体，以互联网为媒介，以“大型智慧城市照明联动控制系统”为笔，描绘出一幅大气磅礴的光影画卷，用光的艺术凸显建筑的韵律，以光影的符号传递这座海滨之城的热情、时尚、宁静、温暖，用富含情感的艺术之光迎接这场国际外交盛会，展现中国的诚意与青岛的美丽。

The design of this case takes the city as a whole volume, the light as the ink, the art as the carrier, the Internet as the medium, and the "Large Smart City Lighting Linkage Control System" as the pen, depicting a majestic picture of light and shadow. The art of light highlights the rhythm of the building, and the symbol of light and shadow conveys the enthusiasm, fashion, tranquility and warmth of this seaside city through which China's sincerity and the beauty of Qingdao showed in the grand international diplomatic event.
